We developed a cruise app using conversational AI to make the search for the ideal dream cruise for the young generation as natural as possible!
Using AI makes selection of cruises and planning the complete cruise much more fun and efficient.
We developed the complete system for efficient cruise searching and booking, including the mobile apps for iOS (Apple) and Android (Google), and the backend system, and integrated with a Large Language Model chat (LLM).
AI Customer Service
With the introduction of the latest ChatGPT version by OpenAI, new opportunities open up. Like the ‘custom ChatGPT’.
For a car lease company we developed a virtual assistant for their customer service department, based on such a ‘custom ChatGPT’ for their customer service department.
To help this virtual assistant to become more precise and specific in answering customer queries, it requires so called ‘knowledge files’, i.e. the documents that contain the information and procedures specific to the car lease company.

Voting advice via a ‘custom ChatGPT (Stemwijzer)
This ‘Stemwijzer’ ‘custom ChatGPT’ was launched for the parliamentary elections on November 22, 2023 in the Netherlands.
It helped users gain more insights into the various points of views of parties, and advised to decide on which party to vote for during the elections.
